Sunday 9.26.2010. Allelujah, it’s Sunday
In Bartonville, one of the ordinances for gas is no fracing on Sundays. It's chilly, it's 66 degrees. I love it. I just finished my 3:30 run for today. It was awesome, the last two miles were incredibly painful, the last 3, were less painful because I found myself texting and doing work to take my mind of things. With no fracing, and 66 degrees, I'm symptom free around the house, outside of the house, and finally, oh finally, I was able to open the windows and get some fresh air into this place.

and occassionally my head lamp. Too bad, I didn't have my feathers on for the full indegenous experience. Me, myself, the Moon, God
Monday
Pulled up to the pool, had my earrings out ready to go and then, I heard a voice: "When you feel like coming back, take one more day." So I called Susan, "do want to get some pictures of my AWESOME water that came out of my tap today when I apply fire?" You know the water, that if I take a shower in it, I get sores on my arms, now my neck and face, that don't go away for 2 weeks. The ones I have now, I've had since September
8.31.2010 Air Quality Report
Air Quality in Bartonville is Poor. While walking, within 20 minutes, headache, nausea and asthmatic feeling in the lungs(I'm not asthmatic). Coach Zoe's Recommendation: Don't exercise in Bartonville today: I'll be training in Southlake, or Flower Mound.
Sunday 8.29.10
16 miles in 2:30. Gotta say, it did get pretty painful at times on the ol' left knee. I think, some scar tissue was breaking up. Yesterday had a rocking 2 hour easy bike ride.
8.24.10: Me, the trail, the woods and our Creator
I was apparently looking for an excuse. Called a friend who ran the trails earlier. She said they were good to go. I headed out, had an hour. It was a great day, beautiful, so easy to connect with Creator. I wanted to run Twin Coves and hit the hills and didn't want to go slipping around or get hit with rain on the road so I opted to go in at Murrel Park. It was perfect. Nice easy pace, had the whole place to myself. Just the way I like it, me
11.5 miles Knob Hill out and back
Started this morning off at 4 AM, cappuccino, 4 eggs scrambled, C-monster and trail at 5:15. It was so dark, I drove by the park entrance. That was funny. Had my head lamp on. I have decided I like running in the dark better than running during the day. You can't see where you are going and the next thing you know, it's time to turn around. After 6 huge cobwebs I finally decided to grab a stick. I felt very primal. Felt like I was born to run. The stick
3:20 Feeling Good
Went out by myself today. Saw everybody I know, Kathy, Scott, Spencer, Daniel, Keith Gray. They were all going the opposite way that I was. I was definitely in a social mood, I just didn't want to deviate from my plan. My plan was to ride 3 hours, and to see if I felt good. I did, so I threw a Jeter Loop in there too. Trying to see if I can get ready for the Northshore 100. It felt like the olden days, my Old Man was ready to ride when
