Got all the training in; My foot started really hurting again on Wednesday. Still planning on going; this was my plan. Ride with Michael Winegar on Friday, decide if I was going to race then.  Only because my foot has hurt so bad the last 3 days. I know everything happens for a reason, but it still doesn't mean I'm not totally pissed off, sulking, and having a tough time just letting go. I pick the kiddos up from school

Happy Fairy Princess. Generally about this time I am suffering from Pre Race Pneumonia. There is no pre race pneumonia, only a broken foot. It's amazing what I have been able to accomplish in the last couple of weeks. Not  my favorite way to train, but It Works: Crash Training It works, especially if you already have a strong foundation of fitness. It doesn't always work for everybody, well, I guess it could. It can be painful, It can be boring. It generally is described as a lot of hours training, with a lot of days off. I rode 3 days per week: 9.5
