What I've learned today, I learned don't detox for two days from Benzene, Dimethyl Disulphide, Carbon Trisulphide and all the Benzene Pre and Post derivatives .  My brain was on fire, and I vomited 5 times.  And I had to sit down for almost 30 minutes.  Not something I can do on a school day, or any day really.  I may try it again, to isolate the cold from the detox.  That's what scientist do.  Scientists deduct through isolating certain situations to figure out the cause or outcome.  I am

It takes me a day or so to get it together after a big long run like Sunday.  It's not quite the same as biking, or at least not yet.  It seems to take a little more time, maybe it's the Sunday night soccer practice, it's just tougher to get the energy to put something down.  I feel, like I have to "soak" it all in.  I hired the babysitter, started at 7 AM I ran my back pack up to my favorite fire hydrant, ran Rolling Acres, and then,

I've been A symptomatic at my house. Saturday at www.runnersusan's.com before my bike ride I did have mild symptoms of headache and nausea. Sunday at another friends, up near Indian Trail, I had severe nausea(totally thought I was going to barf, almost excused myself and asked for a bucket), and a mild headache while on her front porch.  This one, while we were hanging out, actually went away, after the breeze picked up. Next item of business:  And this is most important; cappuccino before or after run?!?

For 6 days!!  I have not had a gas related symptom since Thursday 9.2.2010 (driving by the rigs on the way to swimming at Hawk Rd)  I have been symptom free since Thursday! What's different??? They're pretty much done at the Blessing Well, the wind has been blowing the right direction.  Saturday they took down the Red Oak well, more on this later. Who the heck cares, no headaches, no nausea, yea, yea, yea, no metallic taste in my mouth, my sense of smell is back for the first time all summer! All summer

Wow, I've been MIA, I've been mustering the strength to update my blog. Today, Monday, Labor Day, I coached spin.  I felt pretty good, so did the workout, I was actually surprised by the amount of strength that I had.  But then, I was toast ALL day.  Then, again, I needed that, by that I mean laying around being lazy, or as I like to say, "ride the couch". Yesterday was a big day.  A really big day. My total time was 2:52.  My day was supposed to be 2:45 time equivilant to

I want to change things up a bit, and do italics, that way, it looks like I hand wrote it.  You know me, I never want to do anything the same ever.  I like to keep things fresh.  So what do we talk about today? I did the eliptical for the first time in my life.  I needed a recovery run, so I figured if an Olympic Marathoner can do it, so can I.  It was weird, but good.  It was definitely what I needed. Yesterday, I rode the couch.  I was

I was apparently looking for an excuse. Called a friend who ran the trails earlier.  She said they were good to go.  I headed out, had an hour.  It was a great day, beautiful, so easy to connect with Creator. I wanted to run Twin Coves and hit the hills and didn't want to go slipping around or get hit with rain on the road so I opted to go in at Murrel Park. It was perfect.  Nice easy pace, had the whole place to myself.  Just the way I like it, me
