On occasion run barefoot. To start, find a nice soft grassy field, like a soccer field and run a short distance barefoot. You can graduate to a track, and to asphalt. It's like that time I had bronchitis and a sinus infection and went to the Dirty Dozen, after 6 hours, I just had to quit. My lung sputem was so dry, I just couldn't go on. I still got 3rd place. Not much of an election when no one runs, not much of an election when there's a couple of seats open and only 10% of the community comes out to vote. Heaven Help us
I just did 2.5 hours of peaceful protest in Argyle on 407. This is where they are fracking the Holt's Gas Well, and putting in a frack pipeline(right next to the Argyle Water Supply). I was wearing a mask. I have an extreme headache. My sinus' are on fire. The headache is not a normal headache. I am not prone to headaches. This is more like a brain ache. It hurts from the base of my skull around my hypothalamus, in between my ears, and around the front of my sinus'.
