Wow, time flies, when you’re having fun
Read more about Greg’s race under Mountain Biking on the forum. I can hardly wait to hear how he did at ol’Juan Poleta’s.
I haven’t really had to train too much. It’s been nice, I think. 😮
My Grandma turned 90 over the weekend. She is an amazing woman. She is pretty bright, aside from her memory problem. For 90 she’s doing great.
We had fun, we went out to eat, we went to the movies, we out to eat. My bowels weren’t too happy by the end of it.
Did you know there was a pipeline explosion that left tens of thousands of people without gas?
I thought for sure it would have made national news. a young kid, 26, hit a gas pipeline and Fort Myers all the way to Naples was without gas too cook or to take hot showers with. I left on Sunday and they had been without gas for 5 days. They didn’t know if it was going to be days or weeks until they got it operational again.
Turns out the pipeline wasn’t in the right place, it was at 18 inches instead of 3 feet and someone had removed the marker flags.
Yesterday I ran, I ran 30 minutes with 6 hill intervals. Reaching a HR of 177.
My Dad decided he was going to ruin my workouts by giving me his old hand me down Garmin. Thanks Dad, I appreciate it. It has been fun not knowing anything, except I was getting faster.
Tomorrow I will run 20 minutes.
Stay tuned, The Wild Hare meets the Crazy Tortoise.
