The Other Day someone Asked: What/Who is God, to me

God is the Universal Spirit of all things.  God is in Everything.  God is the Energy that resides within Everything.  God is Good.  God is Love.  God is Joy.

I believe in Newton’s 1st Law: Energy is neither create nor destroyed.

That is what God is to me.

God is in the Good, and God is even in what appears to be bad.

It’s been busy, real busy.  Good Busy.

Life changes.

Lots of life changes.

School, Birthdays, Visits, Work and Training:  All Good.

and since it is ALL GOOD, I say to myself, when asked, “How are you?”

I’m Good.

Most of the time, even when my perception is not quite in alignment with that.  The energy will follow, the pure thought that goes into the process, makes it true.

I am so blessed to be surrounded by  the people I am: friends/team/athletes/Great People.

I like to surround myself with people with a like mind, with a common thread.  And I am so proud of my Teammates, My Friends, and my Athletes.  They are amazing.

Results do not define you as an athlete.  It’s how you show up; in Sport and in Life.

Everyone is so busy!  And doing Awesome!!

Tiffany finished Hotter than Hell; her 1st century and signed up for a 60 day yoga challenge.

Winegar has been training with a Power Meter and just scored 4th place at his 1st endurance race for the season!

Justin has Marathon Nationals on Saturday, and completed Leadville for a Buckle; and a vengeance, missing the Gold by just a short few minutes.

Mike is back on track and signed up for the Monster Tri in October.

Rich came and kicked half of the Breck Epic’s Ass.

Kyle Burns and Christiane just became Ironman in Wisconsin!!!

Lynn is running sub 10 minute miles.

Kyle Martinez just won the New Mexico Road Series Jersey for Cat 4!!

Kimmie Delania Sather has been doing well in all of her Triathlons and is headed to Xterra National Championship in Ogden, Utah.

Dave Robinson, Mike Ridgely, and Ross Thompson all signed up for the Moab 24 hour, countdown, 3 weeks.

Me, I continue to kick my own ass everyday: to get stronger and faster.

I am swimming about 10,000 M per week.  It will be transitioning to Yards.  Doing a 1.5 hour Track Workout, running 1.5 hours as my long run and my bike is now up to 3 hours and 45 minutes.

One day at a time towards Austin 70.3

Far from ready, but I could do it tomorrow, if I had to.  I may either do an Oly or a Half Ironman at the end of September.  I may do the Half, since I have plenty of time to taper.

Out for now,

Make Peace the Energy you give to the World,

so

You in Return may receive Peace from the World
