The easiest way to get faster:

Drills:

Whether it’s on the bike, in the pool or your feet hitting the ground, doing drills is the best way to get faster without having to work hard.

On the bike, do one legged drills, find the dead spots of your pedal stroke, and then take the time to train them, practice balance, riding different lines, etc.

In the pool, do one arm finger drags, reach and rolls, catch up drills, just to name a few.

On your runs, count your foot strikes, run barefoot, do track workouts.
