One Box at a Time
Yesterday it was 3.
The marathon of a lifetime, and the hardest run, with the most hurdles, ever.
I had a nice 38 minute bike ride at Horseshoe. One lap. Slow, TIRED, not powering over ANYthing.
Then, headed up FloMo Bikes Plus. My wheels are in. Not on, I am having difficulty with a rear tire decision. Should take 1 pound off.
I had Thursday off, Wednesday I ran 2 hours and 4 minutes.
I am on schedule for Leadville Marathon.
Rey Vera races Rocky Hill tomorrow.
Oh, big news, Kyle ultra-marathon runner in San Antonio area new to the Team!
I guess, I better get those visors to the embroidery shop and on to running shirts.
And to the Post Office.
Yesterday, I planted my “Good Bye to Bartonville” garden.
That’s the way I roll when selling a house, get all the stuff done, and keep it running, like you’re going to keep living there.
It makes your house more appealing to the buyer’s. It also gives you the opportunity to give it ‘love mojo’. That’s the same thing I give my bike every race. Vera learned about ‘love mojo’ on your bike before races this week.
Today, we will go through and do the girls room.
One day at a time.
I think, after this I will do cords behind the T.V. into PCV pipes.
1 hour tempo run this weekend, and some drills and 1 hour bike ride. Total for training 3 hours.
I really want to swim, I haven’t all week, today.
