My greatest Dilemma
I am having the most difficult time:
I can’t decide;
Is it greener, to use Green Bags at the grocery store and use plastic bags(when available made from recycled materials) in the kitchen trash can
OR
Use paper bags made of 100% recycled paper and then, use those in the kitchen trash can?
Sometimes I can be a complete idiot.
Saturday I felt like total do-do. Felt like I had a fever, felt like I was holding vomit back. I thought it was gluten toxicity. When I have gluten toxicity I feel like I have a fever and when I measure it, I don’t.
So I go race…
Then, I come back home, ask the girls to see if my forehead feels hot, they say it does. Then about 5 hours later, I actually measure my temp…100.5.
So I have been recovering since.
And eating cookies.
And working on a plan to get back to TX.
I am hoping I can exercise tomorrow, today I still am not 100% with a little fever. More than likely I picked up a virus after my gluten exposure that had me screaming bloody murder on the couch.
I noticed 2 days ago, since not being exposed by Gas Extraction Chemicals, my eyelashes grew back. The funny part, I I didn’t even know they were gone, I just noticed they’re pretty huge now.
They’re pretty…
So my TT:
went out there, didn’t notice the course. Warmed up, saw Club Member and good friend of many moons, Rod Michael, had my fancy TT wheels on. They’re serious about TT.
Even Rod, after both races was in the back of his truck testing his LT.
Full disc wheels, speed suits, booties…
just like last time I did a TT in NM.
It amuzes me.
I have no idea what my time was.
I do know coming down this super steep hill, the wind caught my wheel, and then another time…
It totally sketched me out, totally! I had to brake, I had to brake more after the wind caught my wheel 2 more times.
I was good for the first half of the race, but felt like dookey the middle 3rd.
I do know, I didn’t come in 1st and I didn’t come in last.
I will fill you in when I know what my time and place was, yes, even if I sucked.
🙂
Here’s to another week.
