#iamsoblessed
It’s the truth.
Yesterday I finished a very long, difficult training ride for the LT100.
Once I got service, I checked my email, and in there was this from a past client:
“Ride until you see the Light,
until you see that you are part of the Divine.
Ride until you remember why you ride.
You ride for your health.
You ride, for the joy.
You ride because it makes you a better person.
You ride to feel better.
You ride, because it’s important to take care of yourself, so that you are here another day to help take care of other people.
The reason you ride, is so your weight stays down, you don’t have to take as many meds, and you love your family.”
When I 1st read it, I thought to myself, this is a perfect thing to come to me today.
It’s crunch time for Leadville, and it served as a great reminder of why I ride, in the midst of what was a long training week, with lots of specificity, pain, and inner turmoil of torture.
When it comes down to the wire, and it’s a do or die kind of training session, the Truth can be lost at the bottom of a bottomless pit of temporary pain.
After I re-read the email, I realized that this particular email was in quotations,
And that this was a cut and paste of a previous email I had sent.
Wow, words of wisdom.
Every one who has touched my life, has done so for a reason.
Every person is a blessing.
Every encounter is a teaching lesson in this Life School.
I have coached a lot of people, and in each day, I find my thoughts going to these people, and sending blessings their way.
This is special, because if I have ever coached you, currently coach you, or coach you in the future, you are included in this circle.
This world is full of wonderful people and you are one of them.
Thank you for being part of my experience.
