I did an awesome track workout of my own design.
All on Interval Pace:
4 x 200
2 x 400
1 x 1000
2 x 400
4 x 200
w/u and cool down lap with rest intervals of 200, or 400 for a grand total of 6.75 miles. Fun, Fun.
