3k in the pool

Hip, hip hurray!

It’s been a long time, or at least it seems like it.  I’ve gotten in some great workouts, despite the heat.  I hit FOY Masters on Friday that was a blast.  Backstroke.  Thursday got in strength and a great 1 hour trail run.  I would have liked to go further, the heat actually held me back, I started at noon.  This week was so busy I don’t know if I can remember it all.  I know I ran a Jeter Loop, I know I rode my bike, I think, see?

Tomorrow, 6 hours, I think, I’m going to ride to IDB, that would be a century on the road.  Or 6 hours at NS, it’s a tough call.  And if I ride NS, do I drive and have supplies, or do I just ride over there and carry all my supplies.  I know this time around, I’m doing full laps with my favorite side!  The other side, albeit nice, it’s not the Twin Coves side.

That way, I wouldn’t have to do so many damn laps.  And it would break it up.  Sounds like a plan…anyone want to join me?  Starting at the butt crack of dawn?
