Wow, these are interesting times.

Some of you may know I have been doing a Monday morning workout on Facebook live.

I have been experimenting, learning, and navigating these times.I am offering a 3 days per week class.

Class will be:

Monday at 645 am mountain time

Wednesday at 645 am mountain time and

Thursday at 6 pm mountain time.

This first session will begin Wednesday April 22nd.

Please join me.I will be using bands, dumbbells, and mat. I will be using other but not necessary equipment, physioball, small round band, larger round band, medicine ball, and kettle ball. I will provide alternative exercises for each piece of ‘extra’ equipment.

I will be using Go to Meeting. I will be able to record these sessions, and if you are not able to do a class on a particular day, or time, I will send the workout to you, and you will be able to do it at your leisure.

The cost of the class is 75.00

Once payment is made, I will make a roster, of who to send links to. I will be sending individual links for each class session, these classes are private, and invitation only.

During these times, it’s important to me, that everyone has access to exercise. Please contact me individually if your employment has changed because of the current state of our economy.
