Connie not only volunteers at races, she volunteers her chef skills at the local Ronald McDonald House.  She is an inspiration to all those who know her.  She knows how to ride and adventure while smiling all the way.  This year she was on the inaugural Hut to Hut System Race, cooking it up for all the racers and volunteers: Go Connie!
