2.5 days of sugar and GF Flour

I’ve been binging on sugar and GF flour for 2.5 days now.  I can hardly move, I have so much inflammation in my joints and muscles I’m so stiff I can hardly stand it.

I used to eat this way all the time, never felt a thing, doesn’t mean the inflammation wasn’t there, I was just less aware of the outcome of eating it.

Gotta get off the sauce!
