Tip of the Day

That's an interesting date isn't it?  I'm TIRED, I'm frazzled, I'm busy, I'm a survivor. I went to Knob Hill today, I went in the back, knowing it was probably wet, I was prepared to tip toe around, you know, Leave NO trace.  I went downt he hill, a little water at the bottom, this can't be a good sign!  I just went cautiously, not expecting much.  I got all the way to the end, and noticed we should be riding that section, it's so torn up by horse tracks it

Hey, what a week of awesome off road training!  Days like these are why I love riding mountain bikes!  I took Monday off, Tuesday I did an hour at Horseshoe trail with 13 hill repeats, very educational, practice siting, speed, drills. Wednesdasy, no hills, horseshoe, fast, working on siting.
