2 hours 10 minutes (O&G Bike Rally) Bartonville Water Supply
Great Road Ride, a little bit of intensity. Some great pics of leaking pipes around gas wells that don’t have vapor recovery units. Also, some great pics of open air frac ponds.
Took 30 minutes for me to get a metallic taste in my mouth. 1.5 hours for the taste of blood to be in the back of my throat and 2 hours for the base of my cerebral cortex to feel like it’s going to burst.
I have an idea: O and G Bike Rally Tour
We will get a permit for Bartonville, I will get a permit from USA Cycling and I will host a 3-4 hour ride around the area, showing all the hot spots.
I think, I will contact Williams and Exxon/XTO and see if they would like to sponsor the event. Maybe they will offer refreshments at each one of the stops. I know, maybe they will provide us with Gas Masks. I don’t want to leave out Range. They had leaking pipes around their tanks, and an open frac pond. Oh don’t worry, it’s so hot, that water and those toxic chemicals will just evaporate into the air that you breath.
Note: Friday/Saturday (6.24-6.25) our water (Bartonville Water) had a slimy feel to it. You know that feel of soft water. But, hey, just for the record we don’t have a water softener. Also, noted that we were having additional problems with our plumbing. Toilets running, toilets not flushing, drains not draining.
Today Sunday (6.27) Every thing is back to normal.
Yesterday I did notice 3 red splotches on my skin. 1 on my back and 2 on my forehead.
I think, I should contact Bartonville Water.
The thing about our water is all the water comes from the Upper Trinity River Aquifer. This means this is a MOVING water supply, a river. So any contamination up river is going to end up in our supply. Hmm, my friends water is contaminated. A lot of other wells are ending up contaminated…Hmm, maybe it really was surfactants in my water FRI/SAT…Hmm.
It’s simple, Highly Likely.
Off to work.
