Coach Zoe is a certified coach with USA Triathlon, a certified USA Cycling Level I: Elite Coach and an American College of Sports Medicine  Certified Exercise Physiologist. She has completed and coached countless triathlons and Xterra’s. She uses up-to-date research and information to train her athletes to outperform the competition both in the field, and in the gym.
