GOALS
I have been working in the fitness field for over 20 years. I have seen a lot of trends come and go. I have developed a practice based on an accumulation of knowledge. With an extensive background in rehabilitation and sports medicine; I use this daily ensuring my clients move forward toward their fitness goals; combined with mine, which include a long term perspective on an increase activity of daily living as we age. My client base is extensive; centenarians, seniors, special populations, to top ranked national athletes, including pro cyclists, and everyone in between. Maybe your goal is to be more fit or to lose weight. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, your training will benefit from my knowledge and expertise.
